As one of the most innovative franchises in the NFL, the Jaguars focus on fan experience is at the highest level. In the spring of 2019, they expanded their relationship with IdealSeat to integrate their Fan Intelligence™ platform directly into the ticketing system, putting the ticket selection process in the hands of the fans.

Fans can explore areas of the stadium that feature sun or shade, access to unique food or drinks, avid fans or family-friendly areas directly from the Jaguar’s site – simplifying the sales process for the Jaguars staff and fans alike.
